Pruning our daily lives

Something special happens inside me when I cut my hair, or take a shower, or work out, or vacuum, or get rid of (donate) excess clothes and books.

What do these actions all have in common? They’re forms of “pruning.” We take stock of ourselves or of our homes, and we decide what we no longer need. What we can release. What can make our situation feel lighter.

What have you pruned in your life, lately?
