Just began training for a Half-Marathon to raise money for the rainforest!

Ran my first 4-mile run for my half-marathon training! Feeling inspired and motivated to fundraise for rainforest conservation!
Finished my 2nd 4-mile run for my half-marathon training. Already feeling more endurance. My regular weekly yoga helps me with endurance, as well. I’ve noticed that starting slower and working up to a faster pace works well for me. That way I don’t burn out and I finish strong. Woo-woo!
